Question 1

Do I have to use my insurer’s bodyshop?

Accepted Answer

No. Your insurer might steer you toward their approved network, but you’re free to choose your own bodyshop — and they still cover the work, subject to your policy. Bring it to us and we’ll deal with the insurer for you.

Question 2

How long will my repair take?

Accepted Answer

Depends on the damage, but we tell you straight up front. If parts need ordering we'll say so and give you an honest timeline. If we say Friday, it's Friday — we don't ring you saying it'll be another week.

Question 3

Will you deal with my insurance company?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We handle the claim paperwork and liaise with your insurer so you're not stuck on hold or bounced between departments. You deal with us, we deal with them.

Question 4

Do you do resprays and cosmetic work too?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — it's not just crash repairs. Full and partial resprays, colour-matching, dents, scuffs, kerbed bumpers and general cosmetic tidy-ups. If it's paint or panel, we sort it.

Question 5

How do I get a quote?

Accepted Answer

Quickest way: send a couple of photos of the damage through the form below or on WhatsApp, and we'll come back with an honest assessment before you even bring the car in. Or just give us a ring.
