Eastcoast Bodyworx collects the details you submit through our enquiry form to respond to your request for a quote, and anonymous, cookie-free first-party analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not sell your data.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you submit through our form: your name, a phone number or email, your vehicle and your message.
• Anonymous, cookie-free first-party analytics: page views, a random session/visitor id, and the marketing source that brought you to the site (e.g. UTM parameters, referrer). No IP addresses are stored.

Lawful basis

We process your enquiry details to respond to your request for a quote (legitimate interest and the consent you give by submitting the form). Analytics is processed under legitimate interest to understand how the site is used.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details (name, contact details, vehicle and message) are kept for up to 24 months so we can respond to and follow up on your enquiry. Anonymous, cookie-free analytics data is kept for up to 6 months.

Analytics

Our analytics is first-party and cookieless. We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel or any third-party tracking pixels. No cookies are set for analytics purposes, so no consent banner is required for this data.

Third-party processors

The site and its data are hosted on Google Cloud / Firebase (Google LLC), which acts as a processor. We do not sell your data to anyone.
